Welcome to the new Kenco Technologies, LLC web site.  We are officially launching our online Contract Management application to the public.  This application was created with any type of business in mind and was developed solely to allow a business to keep a sharp eye on all their contracts and not have any of them renew automatically, which is invariably in the favor of the vendor. 

In one instance, we had a client, prior to our application, have a contract renew via an 'evergreen' clause, which cost them approximately $300 for each item they used in the contract.  They used about 100 items per month.  Had they used our application, they would have been able to save themselves $30,000 per month.  Their return on investment for using our online Contract Management application would have been in the first week.
